www.uklockerroom.co.uk is an online platform that allows users to search for gyms and fitness centers, read and write reviews, upload photos, rate facilities, and interact with other users’ content related to gyms and fitness services.

  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to submit reviews or manipulate ratings.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service (e.g., hacking, DDoS attacks).
  • Collect or harvest personal information of other users.

7. Review Guidelines & Moderation

  • We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, edit, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion.
  • We may remove reviews that we believe are fake, paid, abusive, or violate these Terms.
  • Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent banning.

8. Gym Owner / Business Claims

Gym owners or authorized representatives may claim their gym listing to:

  • Respond publicly to reviews
  • Update business information (hours, photos, services, etc.)
  • Report inappropriate or fake reviews for investigation

Claiming a listing does not guarantee removal of negative reviews.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

  • Reviews or ratings are accurate, truthful, or unbiased.
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
  • Any gym listed meets your expectations or standards.

We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of any gym, trainer, or fitness service mentioned on the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOCKERROOM AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any content posted by users
  • Any conduct or content of gyms or third parties

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LockerRoom from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your User Content
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, especially for violations of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
